We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase from The Urban Indian. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned. If you need to make a return or exchange, please drop us an email at contact@tuibrand.com with your order number and details.
Here are a few important details to keep in mind about our return policy:

Returns: We can accept returns within 14 working days of your order delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Pre-order items can be returned within 14 working days from the day your order was received.

Conditions: For us to accept a return, the item must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. If these conditions aren't met, we reserve the right to return the item back to you.

Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are currently not covered by us. It's the full responsibility of the customer to cover these costs. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit. For Limited Edition drops, returns are contingent on inventory and the customer must pay return AND exchange shipping.

Inspection: Once your return reaches our fulfillment center, our team will inspect the item. If it's found to be damaged or dirty, we may need to send it back to you. We're conscious of the environmental impact of un-resellable returns, so we prefer to return these items back to the sender.

Exchanges: If you're looking to exchange your item, let us know your reason and we will work out the exchange via email. Please note that we're unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products. An exchange must be initiated within 14 days of fulfillment date. Return shipping rules apply for exchanges as well.

Processing Time: It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive and complete your return or exchange. If a refund is due, we'll refund the amount paid for the item found within the receipt and order details. Please note that this does not include external costs such as shipping fees.

Statutory Rights: Rest assured, our return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

International Customers: If you're returning items to us from outside of the US, please be aware that you may incur customs fees. As per our returns policy, the return postage costs, including any customs fees, are the full duty of the customer, unless the product is faulty/damaged before wear.
There are no exchanges or returns on sale items.
